MANAGE SCHEDULING NEEDS
MANAGE SCHEDULING NEEDS
- Add new clients into schedule
- Adjust schedules when staff availability changes (typically at semester/school year end)
- Prepare proactively when a public holiday is approaching so as to ensure hours are rescheduled
- Keep updated records of staff availability and alert the company about openings that require filling
- Keep updated records of client availability and alert the company about openings that require filling
- Alert the company when staff schedules are reaching capacity so that hiring decisions can be made
- Alert The company when client or staff schedules fall below the 80% threshold
- Coordinate with BCBAs to determine appropriate staff/client pairings in the event of absences
- Work with intake/recruitment and clinical staff to ensure staff availability for new clients
- Work proactively with staff and clients in order to manage schedules with minimal disruptions.
- Serve as the single point of contact for parents and staff regarding schedule changes.
- Proficient in the Google G-Suite of products/MS Office

- Fluent English and Spanish
- Prior experience as a scheduler is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in administrative and office work
