The Preferred Provider Network identifies providers with a commitment to
serve members Diagnosed with Autism
Beacon Health Options is dedicated to working with providers to improve the quality of care for individuals with Autism. In recognition of our strong partnerships with providers, we have created a Preferred Provider Network (PPN). This network utilizes both volume and quality metrics to identify providers with a commitment to serve Beacon members with Autism and who have had notable results pertaining to identified metrics in treating individuals with Autism. Quality metrics include a commitment to evidence-based practices and a priority for home-based care. The goal of this program is to reward providers for positive outcomes and encourage Beacon members to access services that have the highest likelihood of improving their health condition.
Beacon has committed to improving access and care delivery through the Autism Center of Excellence
Beacon’s Autism Center of Excellence (CoE) focuses heavily on the development and implementation of solutions specific to increasing access, reducing maladaptive behaviors, and improving care coordination.Beacon began developing its Autism Center of Excellence in 2019, creating a foundation and infrastructure by which several goals will be achieved in 2020 and beyond. Additionally, key priorities such as promoting access to high-quality treatment providers, refining clinical expertise, and facilitating data-driven outcomes will continue to be points of focus moving forward.
Preferred Provider Network engages providers from Identification to outcomes
Beacon and our network providers share the same clinical goals to deliver quality patient care and increase access to treatment. Through our Preferred Provider Network, we promote standards and best practices that support improved health outcomes. We work together in the best interest of our members.
