Behavior Technician Referral Program
The BTRP is an exciting new program designed to provide Active Steps staff with the opportunity to earn bonuses for referring Behavior Technician candidates.
A referring staff can earn up to $300 bonus for each referral depending on the criteria below.

- is interviewed, is offered and accepts the position $200
- speaks Spanish $100

How to make a referral
To make a referral...
- Go to the Staff Referral Program page and complete the online form.
- Instruct the person being referred to go to the Active Steps website and complete the normal application form. The application can be found under “Careers” in the menu.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a clean drivers license
- Must be able to pass the required background check
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
