Our Responsibilities:
Active Steps are taking the following steps
- All staff are regularly updated with regard to what precautions to take.
- Staff are being provided with wipes and will sanitize hands prior to entry into each premises.
- Staff will be carrying wipes and disinfectant spray to clean tablets, phones, toys, and surfaces
- Staff will not bring in any additional toys to sessions. If toys are needed in the home for the client then we will be leaving them there for the client for the next few weeks so toys are not transferred between client homes.
- Families can choose to arrange sessions at our treatment center in a clean and controlled environment.
- Temperatures will be taken before entering the clinic for all staff and clients that come to the center for sessions.
- Families can choose to hold Parent Education sessions online.
- Active Steps will be providing “remote” supervision for sessions using online technologies.
Families Responsibilities
- Please keep all surfaces disinfected on a regular basis
- Please disinfect the treatment area prior to your Behavior Technician arriving and the session beginning
- If you are concerned that someone in your household is unwell or may be becoming unwell, please contact Active Steps and inform them so the session can be rescheduled
