By providing an applicant with good information about the people we work with and specifics regarding the work we do, we improve the "fit" between them and the job they will be performing. This has been shown to contribute to improved outcomes and increase "continuity of care". Without this, treatment plans are compromised and the probability of extended treatment times and resource utilization is increased. By better assuring staffing is consistent, behavioral treatment programs have the best chance of success.
