Your Role and Impact:
As a Behavior Technician, you will dive into the heart of our mission, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve:
Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers.
Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred
Complete BTL1 Certification (Program and cost covered by the company)
Must commit to a minimum of 10 hours a week min between the hours of 3pm - 8pm
Due to the nature of this role, providing medical care to children in their homes, a background check is required by law. Certain convictions may disqualify candidates based on applicable state and federal regulations.
Reliable Transportation & Valid Automobile Insurance Required
Relevant experience preferred
Must be physically able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods of time
Commitment to a consistent work schedule for at least 6 month intervals
