Your Role and Impact:

As a Behavior Technician, you will dive into the heart of our mission, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve:

  • Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers.

  • Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

  • Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred

  • Complete BTL1 Certification (Program and cost covered by the company)

  • Must commit to a minimum of 10 hours a week min between the hours of 3pm - 8pm

  • Due to the nature of this role, providing medical care to children in their homes, a background check is required by law. Certain convictions may disqualify candidates based on applicable state and federal regulations.

  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Automobile Insurance Required

  • Relevant experience preferred

  • Must be physically able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods of time

  • Commitment to a consistent work schedule for at least 6 month intervals
