Your Application & Onboarding Journey

    Submit your application, book an interview time slow, and rock your interview.

  • Background Check

    Accept the offer and complete the necessary background check requirements.

  • Onboarding Process

    Set up your work email, submit your employee file information, and complete the Behavior Technician Level 1 Training.

  • Orientation & Training

    Attend orientation, complete the Active Steps training sessions, and attend shadow sessions!
