Recruitment Specialist Position
Type: Full-Time | Hybrid | M–F 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00–$21.00 per hour
Location: Positions available in Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, or San Joaquin County.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred not required.
Understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to help our company thrive. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
