The Client Service Coordinator Position
Type: Full-Time | Hybrid | M–F 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Compensation: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Location: Fontana, CA or Garden Grove, CA
Qualifications:
Spanish Speaking.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience preferred but not required
Prior experience in an administrative, scheduling, or service coordination role preferred (especially in healthcare or ABA settings).
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems.
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing needs, and work both independently and collaboratively.
In-person work will be located in Oxnard, CA.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Scheduling & Client Coordination Specialist to support our clinical teams, clients, and staff. This role focuses on managing schedules, facilitating communication between families and staff, monitoring service utilization, and assisting with administrative and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Create and update schedules for new and existing clients and staff, assist with make-up sessions and sub requests, and manage travel times for behavior technicians.
Communication: Serve as a primary contact for cancellations and schedule changes, support staff and families to maximize client service hours, collaborate with clinical teams to address staffing needs, and respond to all communications promptly.
Reporting: Run appointment and cancellation reports for clients and staff, ensuring timely completion of documentation and flagging issues for clinical teams.
Administration: Maintain treatment team assignments, review and approve behavior technician time-off requests, update client and scheduler records, and track staffing needs for assigned regions.
