How It Works

• Is interviewed, offered, and accepts a position – $200

• Speaks Spanish – $100

Bonus Eligibility

To receive the referral bonus:

• The referred candidate must be hired and remain employed through their 90-day probationary period.

• It must be confirmed that the candidate will continue employment after that period.

How to Refer Someone

2. Ask your referral to visit the Active Steps Careers Page and submit a formal application for any open position that matches their qualifications.
